    GROUP FITNESS & WATER EXERCISE CLASS
               DESCRIPTIONS:
Step                         Step is a medium – high intensity class suitable for all fitness levels. A basic
                             knowledge of step would be beneficial. (1hr class)
Body Attack                  Body Attack is high intensity, low impact class designed to increase stamina that is
                             suitable for all levels. (1hr class)
Stamina & Strength           Class designed to challenge ALL fitness levels. 30 mins of low impact and high
                             intensity, easy to follow cardio moves, followed by 30 mins of low-to-no impact
                             strength and stability conditioning. May utilize fitball and hand weights.
Body Pump                    A pre-choreographed barbell class designed to increase muscular strength, tone &
                             shape – suitable for all fitness levels. (1hr class)
Duo Blast                    30 Min hi low and 30 min step. Class is entirely cardio based – no weights
                             involved. (1hr class)
Fat burner                   A workout designed to keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone to ensure
                             maximum results. May include; aerobics, step or both.
Fit 4 life                   A senior exercise program designed to improve functional strength & mobility
                             (45min class)
Mix Master, Hi Low           A class that could comprise a mixture of any or all types of workouts, Including:
                             aerobics, step, weights, circuit &/or interval – variety is the spice of life (1hr
                             class)
Pilates                      A mat-based workout designed to work core strength, flexibility and mobility (1hr
                             class)
Results                      A high energy, highly motivating class designed to produce maximum results by
                             incorporating both cardio & weights for a great cross training effect. (45min-1hr
                             class)
Saturday Surprise            Saturday Surprise is back! This class is a different workout every week to keep
                             you motivated, interested & coming back for more! (1 hr class)
Simple Moves                 This class is great for beginners!! With SIMPLE, easy to follow MOVES & where
                             coordination is not important but having a fun enjoyable workout is!
Yoga/Beginners Yoga          A relaxing meditative stretch and breathing class (1hr-1.5 hr class)
Walking Group                A great class for those that want to ease into exercise and to meet new people.
                             (1hr class)


Aqua Energy          This is a 50min class where anything goes! A different class every week to keep you
                     motivated, interested & coming back for more!

Aqua fat burner      A workout designed to keep your heart rate in the optimal fat burning zone to ensure that
                     you burn the maximum amount of calories – approx 50mins.

Aqua Sculpt          A fantastic 45min cross training class where you will not only improve your fitness but by
                     utilising the water equipment you will sculpt & tone the entire body

Cardio Aqua          A 50min energetic workout that will certainly get you moving, increase your heart rate &
                     ensure that you work the entire body.

Sweat                A Senior’s functional strength & weights resistance program to help improve everyday life
                     & function for the older adult. – approx. 45mins

Water Aerobics       A gentle exercise class, designed to focus on range of movement through the water,
                     rather than increasing the heart rate – approx. 45mins.
