Course Description
Chordiant Marketing Director is a powerful tool kit which automates,
accelerates and manages marketing campaigns within a dynamic
business environment. Courses are designed to provide marketers
with the skills required to plan, define, execute and analyze
sophisticated, multi-stage outbound marketing campaigns across
multiple communications channels.


The Chordiant Decision Management education program employs a
combination of concept overviews, instructor-led demonstrations and
individual exercises to allow the delegates to obtain practical
experience on the tool. The program is presented in the context of
actual business cases to facilitate an understanding of the tool’s

Pre-Requisites
Attendees should have direct marketing experience as well as:
• Knowledge of personal computers and MS Windows®
• Understanding of relational databases
• Experience with planning and implementing marketing campaigns
• For Advanced Campaign Design, successful completion of
  Fundamentals of Campaign Design and a minimum of 12-weeks
  practical experience with Marketing Director

  hands-on practice sessions
