   Managed the design, development, and maintenance of the main ARC web site and ARC’s 11
     peripheral web sites such as:

RedDot Content Management System
   Transitioned the agency to a system-wide, distributed maintenance content management system
    reducing agency web maintenance time by 40%.
   Utilized RedDot’s Content Management System to create and maintain all web projects, project
    variants, templates, workflows, authorizations and publication settings.
   Managed the incorporation of RedDot’s LiveServer module into CMS projects.

Departmental Newsletter
   Gathered information from the various group and department heads for publishing in the information
    services bi-monthly newsletter. Information included bios of departmental personnel, current and

   Created and modified layout of the 12-page four-color newsletter in Adobe PageMaker.

Presentations
   Utilized various software packages to graphically enhance and animate presentations for industry
     conferences and seminars.
