 AQUA FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua Flex: This deep water class is taught moving between upper and
lower body muscle groups. You will also receive a cardiovascular
workout because you are moving the whole time. Burn fat and calories
and strengthen your muscles and bones. You will get an intense full
body workout from this class.
Intermediate to advanced.


Deep Water Aqua Aerobics: Traditional deep water aqua fitness
moves will strengthen your cardiovascular system, improve your core
strength and tone and sculpt your muscles. Aqua belts will be used to
suspend and support the participant in the deep water.

Shallow Water Aqua Aerobics: Improve cardiovascular fitness, core
strength, stability and flexibility, this is a cardiovascular aerobic class in
the shallow water.


Water Wellness: This class is designed to cater to people with physical
limitations and for anyone looking to workout in the water at their own
pace. Instructor lead exercises focus on increased range of motion, core
and joint stability, balance and flexibility, and improved muscular
strength.
