                 Department of Kinesiology and Health Studies
                 Southeastern Louisiana University, Hammond, Louisiana
Duties:          Coordinate the aquatics program, which includes teaching all aquatic
                 courses, such as Beginning Swimming, Theories and Practice of
                 Swimming for Kinesiology majors, Swim Fitness, Water Aerobics,
                 Aquatic Therapy and Lifeguard Training. Duties also include
                 supervising lifeguards, scheduling pool hours, approval of pool
                 usage, managing the pool and locker rooms and taking care of the water
                 chemicals. Additional course taught including Emergency Health Care,
                 Walking for Fitness and Concept of Physical Fitness. Serve on
                 Departmental, college and university committees and advising major
                 students.

Duties:          Developed a Beginning Tai Chi Chuan course; taught a variety of
                 courses including Beginning Swimming, Advanced Beginning

Duties:        Taught a variety of physical education classes including Swimming,

               college lifeguards and the swimming and synchronized swimming club.
               Chaired the Physical Education Department (1995-96). Duties included
               curriculum development, management of the budget, management of the
               facilities and equipment, and supervision of faculty and student aids.
