Set at the heart of the Gold Coast, Conrad Jupiters is home to one of Australia’s largest
hotel meeting spaces. In addition to specialist meeting and business facilities, the five-
star property boasts a host of recreational facilities to cater for conference organisers

Offering the ultimate in comfort, technology and exceptional service, Conrad Jupiters
Executive Lounge and 101 new Executive Rooms provide a level of service and
sophistication unprecedented on the Gold Coast.

The Executive Floors occupy the hotel’s top five floors and consist of 101 superbly
appointed rooms. Each room provides panoramic views of the Gold Coast and features a
slimline widescreen LCD monitor, a DVD/CD player and high speed internet access.

The Executive Lounge is reserved for the private use of guests staying on the Executive
Floors. Incorporating a dining area, library, business centre and two dedicated
boardrooms, the lounge enhances the hotel’s existing meeting facilities. The private
board rooms are ideal for interviews, product presentations and small board meetings,
with flexibility to merge the two into a larger meeting area if required. For those not
travelling with their own computer, the business centre is fitted with computer work
stations. In addition to using the above facilities, other benefits offered by the Executive
Lounge include complimentary continental breakfast and pre-dinner drinks and canapés
daily.

Back down on the Casino level, Conrad Jupiters Pavilion Convention Centre is a popular
venue for meetings, conventions, exhibitions and banquets of all sizes. Designed as a
totally self-supporting facility, the Pavilion provides a variety of spaces to accommodate
groups of half a dozen to high-powered sessions of more than 2,000 people. The Pavilion
features 1600 square metres of pillarless convention space, which can be broken down
into seven separate convention areas. Additionally, the convention centre also houses six
smaller breakout rooms and a convention secretariat office.

The convention centre is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. With audio-visual
technology changing so rapidly, the hotel hires equipment specifically to suit each
convention to avoid holding outdated equipment. This ensures convention organisers
receive the very latest and best equipment for their particular needs.

In addition to meeting space within the Pavilion Convention Centre, a 30m x 40m semi-
permanent marquee on the hotel’s lawns is available for client use and provides extra
exhibition space or an alternative dinner venue for up to 800 guests.

the pool area, with its imposing Roman pavilion and fairy-lit trees and fountains, as a
venue for cocktail parties or other informal social functions. For special board lunches,

seat 25 for a meal with butler service. Conrad’s award-winning restaurants, the state-of-
the-art Jupiters Theatre and the landscaped Jupiters Cove also provide attractive venues

servicing and ‘can-do’ attitude, specialist Event Coordinators oversee each and every
