					Rehearsal # 2
   Recital JUNE 15 2009 (Mandarin). Show will start 7:00pm
  Dress Rehearsal # 2 Starts by 1:00pm.(ALLOW TIME FOR PARKING).
                                      This rehearsal will be finished by 4:00pm.
Younger children will be done as rehearsed and will be free to go home till show time!!
      Be back at the theater for the show 5:45pm but not later than 6:30pm.
 HELPERS WILL MEET YOU AT THE STAGE DOOR AND WILL TAKE STUDENTS TO THEIR
DRESSING ROOMS. Parents will have to wait in the lobby of the theater till the audience doors will be
open.
  DRESS REHEARSAL ARRIVAL: WHEN ARRIVED TO THE FLORIDA THEATER FOR DRESSREHEARSAL ALL
  STUDENTS SHELL GO TO THE ASSIGNED DRESSING ROOMS. PLEASE CHANGE TO THE COSTUME SHOWN
         FIRST IN THIS REHEARSAL AND THEN GO TO THE AUDIENCE AND WAIT TO BE CALLED.

           A POSTER WITH DRESSING ROOMS COLOR CODED ASSIGNMENT FOR EACH CLASS
                  WILL BE POSTED OUTSIDE OF THE THEATER BY THE STAGE DOOR.
  DRESSING ROOMS ARE COLOR CODED AS BRACELETS THAT STUDENTS WILL BE GIVEN. PLEASE DO NOT
                                            LOSE IT.
  CHILDREN WILL HAVE TO WEAR IT AT NIGHT TO ENTER THE THEATER FOR THE SHOW. THIS WILL HELP US
                       TO IDENTIFY THEIR DRESSING ROOMS ASSIGNMENT &
                            SHOULD SPEED UP THE ARRIVAL PROCESS.

                PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WAIT TO BE CALLED TO THE STAGE.

        this year you received a hair pieces with all your costumes. Please put each hair piece
along with few bobby pins in a small Ziploc bag, inside each bag put student’s name & with a
safety pin attach this bag to each costume. When coming for the show wear it! Do not loose
it!!!! All dancers on stage have to have it!
If one person will forget it or loose it, we can not replace it( we simply do not have it). Hair
piece comes with the costume. If one student will not have it all dancers in this dance will
have to take it off! Please make sure it will be there.
                      All accounts needs to be paid in full including the last installment of June.
     Flowers, Balloons & etc. You may choose to send flowers or order the balloons for your child to the Florida Theater. It
will not be delivered back stage. Please choose non breakable containers. All sent in items will be held in the lobby. We are not
responsible for any floral or other deliveries to the Florida Theater on the days of the show. Delivered items may be picked up
at any time from a designated table in the lobby of the theater. We have order forms available from Character Dance
Ensemble for Balloons with candy bags. Forms in the lobby.
AFTER THE SHOW. WHERE & WHEN DO WE MEET WITH OUR DANCERS?
If your participant is a responsible TEEN, please, meet them in intermission or after the show on the balcony or designated
place inside the theater.
All participants may be picked up after their performance during the intermission from the balcony.
 Do not come back stage! If the child is not on the balcony yet, please do not be alarmed she or he will be there as soon as the
group is changed.
This is how it works: after their last number is done they will be taken by "Mom-helpers" to the designated changing place,
and taken as a group to the balcony through the back door where they will wait for you and watch the show. Children who
participate in more than one numbers will be taken to the balcony after their 2 nd performance in intermission only or after the
show.
If you are planning to leave after the 1st act of the show please do not sit in the first 10 rows! When people leave after the 1st or 2nd act,
depending on how many acts are in the show, the front rows becomes empty and it is very discouraging to all! Please be kind and remember
it! It is important for each dancer to see the audience especially in front where the lights are shining into the audience. It is important for
