Dessert, drinks, condiments, individual disposable tableware products and serving utensils are included in the
price. Dressings served for mixed green salad is Italian, Ranch, and Blue Cheese.
             Portion Sizes: 8 oz portions of meat choices or as otherwise noted; 6 oz portions for side dish choices or as otherwise noted.
                                        Pork Spare Ribs: 4 ribs per person. Salmon: 4 oz portion per person.

Other Specialty BBQ Meat Choices are also an option. Additional per person charges will apply; ask for quote.
We can also discuss other menu options you would like.

     ♦    Price proposals include catered meals only. Refer to completed Catering Proposal and the Catering Contract for full details.
     ♦    Additional price proposals will be quoted for other services requested and additional invoices will be sent for those other
          services provided. Vendors providing other services should be paid directly.
