Home Improvement Contract
Agreement made on the (date), between (Name of Contractor) of (street address,

(street address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Homeowner.
For and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, and
other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. The Contractor agrees to do the following work for the Homeowner: (describe in
detail the work to completed, specifying the type, brand, and grade of materials to be
used).
2. The following building permits are required (list and describe).
3. The following schedule will be followed by the Contractor unless circumstances
beyond the Contractor's control arise: (Date when contracted work will be substantially
