She gave up her career in Oil and Gas Revenue Accounting to practice accounting full time. In less than three years, Mrs. Williams successfully turned The Issachar Group into one of the country’s most reputable accounting firms. Her proactive approach to developing and maintaining financial security is making a radical difference in the way organizations manage their financial affairs. With her innovative style she is helping to empower nonprofit organizations and churches with the ability to overcome hardships and threats imposed by the government and the IRS. Mrs. Williams and her firm represent a growing number of influential clients in the Houston area and abroad. She is a member of the Church Management Association of America, and the N.A.A.C.P. Mrs. I. Renee’ Williams, President and Founder of The Issachar Group, was born in Tallahassee, Fl. Mrs. Williams travels from coast to coast, providing affordable accounting solutions through her highly effective workshops, seminars and her acclaimed Blue Print for Success: Five Step Program for Ministers. Her publications include articles in the Leadership Handbooks of Practical Theology, and The Christian Management Report,. She is the noted author of the informative five part series entitled "The Business of the Church” and the "Tax Guide for Clergy." I.
