                                      FPC and Sensis form new Alliance
FPC has announced today the appointment of Sensis’ MediaSmart as the exclusive representative
for advertising sales of FPC Interactive’s online media, effective immediately. This alliance further
solidifies FPC Interactive as an emerging player in the Australian digital media market.

“We are very excited at this new partnership and the opportunity to work with the MediaSmart
team. MediaSmart’s profile as a ‘must brief’ network and publisher for interactive media buyers
ensures that FPC Interactive’s suite of websites and the valuable audiences they bring with them
will quickly gain profile with key online advertisers and agencies,” said Michael Gethen, Group
General Manager, FPC Interactive.

Mr Anthony Saines, General Manager, Sensis Digital Marketing Services said that the addition of
FPC to the MediaSmart network of advertising sites was a windfall.

“The signing of FPC Interactive’s sites, including vogue.com au, to the MediaSmart network
cements MediaSmart as the leading Australian online advertising network, which already reaches
more than 9.5 million unique browsers each month (Source: Nielsen-NetRatings Market Intelligence, March
2006). FPC Interactive’s swag of sites strengthens our ability to assist advertisers reach key
demographics, particularly young, savvy, trend-setting women,” said Mr Saines.

“With this alliance in place, FPC Interactive will continue to focus and expand its online presence to
deliver a compelling user experience for our audiences, which complements and extends our
stable of leading publishing titles. Our focus will be to build online communities and destinations
using the market-leading content of our magazines and community media publications, primarily
focused on the categories of fashion, food and lifestyle. We feel this will add a new range of
audiences and advertising environments for marketers to access,” continued Mr Gethen.

Gethen cited www.vogue.com.au’s position as the leading magazine website in Australia, based on
number of pages viewed, frequency of visit and length of time spent viewing (Source: Nielsen-
NetRatings Market Intelligence, March 2006) as a prime example of this. “The online version of the fashion
and beauty ‘bible’ attracts a large and loyal audience, with the average user returning to the site
2.7 times during the month and spending around twelve and a half minutes per visit – more than
any other magazine website in Australia. This is an audience that’s now readily accessible to
advertisers via the professional advertising sales team at Sensis.”

Effective immediately Sensis MediaSmart will commence selling the online media for eight of FPC
Interactive’s leading websites. These sites include:
