How to add the Geoprocessing Wizard Tools to ArcGIS 9.0
Add the Geoprocessing Wizard Tools to the ArcToolbox window in any ArcGIS application and
then browse to use the tools inside. The tools: clip, dissolve, intersect, and union are shortcuts
to tools found in other toolboxes. The toolbox also contains merge, represented as a model. A
model consists of one process or a sequence of processes connected together. The merge
model can be edited to create your own model in the ModelBuilder window.

    1. Download the Geoprocessing Wizard ToolsToolbox from
       http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=downloads.geoprocessing.gateway
    2. In Windows Explorer or ArcCatalog, copy the file, Geoprocessing_Wizard_Tools.tbx, to
       C:\arcgis\arcexe9x\Toolboxes
    3. Open ArcToolbox, select Geoprocessing Wizard Tools, and select from clip, dissolve,
       intersect, merge, or union.
