We are looking for content producers who are motivated to make a difference and help us take our youth programs and services to the next level. We are looking for talented, motivated digital content creators to join our digital programs team. You will have a passion for young people and will be brimming over with content ideas and the energy to make it happen! As the Content Producer, you will work with the Senior Creative Producer to: • Write, edit, produce and source and produce multi-media content • Monitor, enrich and update existing content to keep accurate and engaging • Work with and train young people to produce multi-media content • Assist in the coordination of editorial board of substantive experts, young people and volunteers who assist in developing and maintaining content for online efforts • Implement social networking strategies and ensure seamless integration with content strategies. Manage ongoing social networking presence. • Ensure content is consistent with Inspire’s program objectives and commitment to improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people • Work with the Senior Creative Producer to identify strategic content partnerships and support the implementation of these partnerships • Work with marketing department to develop and implement content based strategies to promote programs • Maintain online partnerships to increase user awareness, public profile, supporter relationships and online donations Your skills & qualifications: • 2+ years experience working for youth programs / brands / websites in lifestyle, education or health • Strong content rich experience, e.g. video, flash, applications, gaming, mobile, multi-media • Evidence of strong creative flair with an energetic, dynamic and ‘can-do’ attitude • Content management and production experience on a content heavy, high traffic site • Understanding of online technologies including but not exclusive to video, audio, flash, RSS and experience of content management systems • Experience of working in social media rich environment including RSS, Polls, Facebook, Twitter, user generated content and other socially networked tools and activities As a Content Producer at Inspire you will be responsible for writing, editing, recording, sourcing and editing multi-media content across our youth focused websites. A primary accountability of this role is to work with young people in the development of youth centric content – ensuring that their voices resonate across all our websites and deliver on our aim to improve young people’s mental health and wellbeing. You will work with the content team to identify strategic content needs and implement these needs.
