n Luxury apartment prices appreciated significantly in the fourth quarter as home buyers expedited their

decision-making with the expiration date of certain incentives approaching and the launching of some

high-standard and fully-fitted-out projects into the market. The average price rose 12.5% q-o-q to RMB

9,401 psm. However, the transaction volume dropped to about 2,000 units due to the limited stock and

new supply.



n Rentals also dropped 2.2% q-o-q to RMB 32.7 psm per month due to seasonal factors.
