College Monthly Budget Planner This spreadsheet helps you plan for the monthly outlays of cash that you will need to make while the student is in school. The budget focuses on monthly loan payments for academic and personal expense allowances. To calculate the loan payments, you will need to make assumptions about interest rates and loan term. To calculate the monthly budget plan amount, you must assume a number of months per year. Many financial aid and private company budget plans assume 10 monthly installments.
