          Monday 30th November 09

               9:30 am— 5:00 pm                     This is one of the workshops within Dream.Think.Do’s (DTD) WIG (Working
              Venue to be advised                   In Government) program. It can be undertaken as a single unit or with
                                                    some or all of the other units within the WIG program.

                                                    Delivering service to clients incorporates the following Public Sector

The cost of this workshop is $400, which includes
                                                    PSPGOV402B        — Deliver and monitor service to clients
              assessment of the unit.
                                                    This workshop covers delivering, monitoring, improving and reviewing
                                                    quality client service within a Government environment to both internal and
                                                    external clients.

                                                    Upon successful completion of all assessable activities, the participants
                                                    will receive a Statement of Attainment for the above unit.
