Introduction
Stem Group is facilitating a national Transform Your Life Conference in May 2010 in
Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth commencing on May 1st 2010 and is looking to
align the event with like-minded brands, forging a long-term partnership.
The national conference, set to see audiences of
1000 per conference, will offer attendees a
program of inspirational world-class speakers
who will lead them through a journey of self-
development in a one-day event.
The program gives attendees a well rounded
insight into their physical and financial health
and is set to transform the way they think,
allowing them to set and pursue their goals with
purpose.
Stem Group invites ..... to secure the exclusive national opportunity of the principal naming
rights sponsor for the Transform Your Life Conference.
The Conference will be extensively promoted through an integrated program of national
publicity and advertising over three months leading up to the Conference. This exclusive
naming rights partnership will see ..... draw extensive brand benefit as well as provide an

John Anderson founded Contiki Holidays in London in 1962

cater to the 18-35 year old market.

Conference Audience
With an investment of $149.00 exc gst (earlybird) or $199.00 exc gst per ticket, the
Transform Your Life Conference is designed to be accessible to a large group of delegates
and each Conference targets 1000 delegates per day.
The Conference will attract delegates with mid levels of disposable income and the
audience is defined within the 25 – 54 year age group, with a female skew. It is expected
the audience will comprise ‘mum and dad’ delegates, young professionals, small-business
owners or high calibre blue collar workers and a secondary audience of mid level
corporate organisations providing tickets for clients and staff.

The Conference will attract people who have an interest in personal development, health
and well-being and will also be of interest to people who may be looking to improve their
life in the areas of physical and financial health.
Marketing & Promotion
An integrated national campaign of advertising, direct marketing and public relations has
been designed to reach a broad audience of potential delegates with a target of 750 – 1000
delegates at each conference.
The Transform Your Life campaign will launch in March 2010 and will include the following
elements, also summarised in Appendix 1 – Marketing Schedule.
1. Direct Marketing
The power of direct marketing to spread awareness of events and conferences is extremely
strong and as such this element of the campaign will form a large part of the on-going
promotional activities.
1.1 Database Email Marketing
• Stem Group will distribute an “Early Bird” e-flyer to family and friends in early
February 2010. The flyer will include full details of the event and a link to purchase
tickets online. The email encourages recipients to forward the communication to
friends, family & colleagues
• Stem Group will make use of the extensive databases of its three speakers
comprising over 120,000 individuals. Communication to be sent in February 2010
1.2 Direct Mail / Mailing List Marketing
To reinforce the program of traditional advertising activities the Transform Your Life
Conference will be promoted through a program of email marketing to carefully select
individuals from spam regulation approved purchased mailing lists including:

• Geographical location (by state of Conference)
• Income $40,000 to $80,000
• Professional vocation (vocations such as teaching, business & administrative
services, accounting & book keeping, nursing)
2. Advertising
A program of targeted state based advertising will be undertaken in line with the

The exclusive national naming rights opportunity for the Transform Your Life Conference
will provide ..... with extensive brand exposure benefits through the advertising program
across Australia’s four major capital cities, in addition to a unique opportunity to present

$90,000 + GST.
To secure the Investment Stem Group will require a full payment by Friday 12th of March
2010.
Stem Group may approach more than one organisation for the right to secure this exclusive
naming rights opportunity and the sponsorship will be allocated on a first come, first
served basis.
Following initial indication of acceptance of this proposal Stem Group will forward the
Sponsorship Agreement which outlines the full terms and conditions of this sponsorship
