Present Value Mixed Stream Use this template to calculate the present value of a stream of unequal cash flows. A mixed stream of cash flows shows no particular pattern. You need to enter a period discount rate (%) for each stream of cash flows. The periodic discount rate is similar to an interest rate in that it represents an annual rate.
