David McCauley heads the Immigration Law Section at Damon Key Leong Kupchak
Hastert. With more than 12 years of experience in immigration law, he
regularly represents clients before the Honolulu Immigration Court, the
Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, the United
States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the Ninth Circuit Court of
Appeals. Mr. McCauley is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of
Law and member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
