					                                      EMPLOYEE RELATIONS POLICY
DTMT prides itself as a company that encompasses professionalism, prestige customer service
and an opportunity for employees to develop and achieve their goals.

DTMT Construction believes the most important part of the business are its people. DTMT strives
on being a proactive and dynamic employer and believes the people who work for DTMT are
attributed with the company’s success.

To ensure growth continues for DTMT our aim is to recruit outstanding individuals with the right
attributes, a can do attitude and values that will uphold DTMT’s dedication to teamwork, safety
and project completion. We aim to encourage the development and future progression of our
existing employees to ensure our core values of trust, commitment and loyalty are maintained.

          DTMT Construction’s Employee Relations Policy has as primary aim that includes but is
          not limited to the following:
    •     To provide a safe and harmonious working environment for all employees.
    •     Minimise lost time due to industrial action by delivering a stable employee relations
          environment
    •     Ensure continual compliance with all applicable industrial relations legislation and any
          other codes of practice
    •     To contain industrial relations issues by establishing appropriate dispute resolution
          procedures that encourage the settlement of disputes as close to the source as possible.
    •     To encourage and maximise productivity, flexibility and a workplace culture based on
          high standards of quality.
    •     To use established lines of communication between management and the workforce to
          ensure the free-flow of information.
    •     To ensure management and supervision receive appropriate training to effectively
          manage the company’s human resources.
