We would like this information so that we can get in touch with you should the need
arise. The Commission will only tell us the names of organisations which have made
proposals some months after the close date of a given call. We cannot therefore
contact proposers for example to advise them of forthcoming calls and other events.
Furthermore knowing your project acronym will enable us to be aware of your proposal
as it passes through the evaluation process.

We hope that you will share this information with us, which we will keep safely in our
computer system. It will however not be used for the purpose of sending regular e-
mails – nor will it be shared with others.

We provide a regular e-mail information service – if you require that service please
visit our web site http://fp7uk.dti.gov.uk and follow the ‘register’ process.

If you have any questions or need further support please do not hesitate to contact us
