Essential Qualifications:                   Current Nurses & Midwives Board of NSW “Authority to Practise” as a Registered Nurse
                                            12 months experience and postgraduate qualification in specialty OR 4 years postgraduate experience including
                                            3 years full time experience in specialty and who satisfies local criteria

                                            Demonstrated leadership ability working in a multidisciplinary health care team.
                                            Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and skills in specialty
                                            Demonstrated ability to function in a preceptorship role.
                                            Demonstrated reflective practice and the ability to contribute to and utilise research
                                            Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development of self and others.
                                            Membership of relevant professional/specialty group.
                                            Demonstrated ability to deliver quality patient care.
                                            Immunisation history complies with NSW Health Policy Directive 2007_006

 Position Summary.
 Within the framework of the Mission, Vision, Values and Philosophy as well as the Policies of St Vincent’s Hospital and the Division of Nursing,
 the professional registered nurse is responsible for the provision of quality nursing care to patients which includes attention to their physical, social,
 emotional and spiritual needs as well as communication with concern for their significant others.
