The Certificate of Achievement in Human Resource Development will equip human resource professionals with the strategies required to manage the organization’s
talent and create an environment where people want to work. Comprised of six modules, this program is structured to be flexible and self-directed so that it can be
completed within one year or over several years. The curriculum addresses the importance of having a comprehensive human resource plan linked to the organization’s
overall strategy and extends to cover such areas as recruitment, employee development and workplace culture.

DEVELOPING A HUMAN RESOURCE PLAN                                                     PERFORMANCE COACHING & DEVELOPMENT
      • Determine how human resource planning links with corporate strategy                • Understand the importance of goal setting and confidence in
      • Review the key elements of a human resource plan: staffing;                          employee development
        performance appraisal; compensation; and employee development                      • Improve your skills in giving both positive and negative feedback
