            The 2010 Wondai Autumn Garden Expo
           Dear Exhibitor,
              Thank you for expressing an interest in our Award-winning
Wondai Spring and Autumn Garden Expos. The Wondai Garden Expo Committee invites you
to participate in the 2010 AUTUMN GARDEN EXPO, to be held on the 17TH & 18TH
APRIL
           The Expos are held at the Wondai Sportsground and Lions Pavilion, on the Bunya
Highway, and attract in excess of 2,000 patrons for the week-end. The number of stalls
continues to grow, with outstanding quality and variety of goods presented.

          Setting up is allowed from 1.00 p.m. on Friday. Stall holders must provide own
tables etc. Equipment may be hired from Sth Burnett Hire and Sales ph 41 621 070

          Please let the committee know if you will be arriving after 9.00 p.m. on Friday or
before 5.00 a.m. on Saturday morning so that someone is on hand to assist you.

         The Expo is advertised and run as a two day event , and to be fair to all
           stall-holders and patrons you are expected to attend for both days
                                  [emergencies excepted]
               Priority will be given to stallholders who adhere to this requirement.

                To allow us to allocate your site to the best advantage,
            YOU MUST CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING by the date indicated.
                  Indoor Sites MUST be Prepaid with Application.

         PLEASE NOTE: Stalls are to be ready for trading by 7.00 am each day.
                 NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT AFTER 7-30 am.

         Camping on the grounds is free, with toilet and shower facilities. Please let the
booking officer know if power and/or water is required.

          Meals are available for purchase from the Wondai Lions Club at the grounds from
 Friday evening, and throughout the weekend, including teas and breakfasts. Other refresh-
ment and food booths also operate.
          If you have attended before, we thank you and look forward to seeing you
again. If you are a new exhibitor we would be most pleased if you would agree to partici-
pate in our event, and we invite you to complete and return the enclosed Exhibitor form with
your Site Fee payment to the above address.
          If you are interested and able to fill a “Guest Speaker” spot, could you please indi-
cate your special interest on the Exhibitor form .
