                      6 FREE weekly sessions:



                   SMOOTH SAILING
                              Weekly topics of interest
     Week 1: Communication – are you a shark, dolphin or clam?
       Week 2: Staying calm when the storms are brewing &
                     mopping up after they hit
    Week 3: Discipline with mindfulness – responding not reacting
                Week 4: Sole food on the cheap
  Week 5: Family fun (at the beach and other family-friendly places)
             Week 6: Taking time to take in the view

       When: Wednesdays for 6 weeks – Come to one or several!
                 13th February – 19th March 2008

                            Time: 10.00 am – 12.00 pm
                                 Light lunch provided
