Hotel or Motel Management Agreement
Employment Agreement made on the (date), between (Name of Manager) of (street
address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Manager, and (Name of Employer),
a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of ______________, with its
principal office located at (street address, city, state, zip code), referred to herein as Company.
Whereas, Owner owns the (hotel or motel) and parking lot situated at (street address,
city, state, zip code), hereinafter called the Hotel, together with all furniture, fixtures, machinery,
appliances, operating equipment, books, records, and other personal property used in the
operation of Hotel; and
Whereas, Owner desires the benefit of the experience and the services of Manager on
the terms set forth in this Agreement, and Manager is willing to accept employment on the terms
set forth in this Agreement.
Now, therefore, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this
agreement, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Term of Agreement
The term of this Agreement shall extend from (date) to (date).
2. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be canceled at any time by mutual agreement of Owner and
Manager, and this Agreement may also be terminated by Owner in accordance with the
provisions set forth below.
3. Acceptance of Employment
Owner does hereby employ Manager to operate the Hotel and render the services stated
in this Agreement, and Manager accepts such employment and shall discharge such duties all
in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
4. Services of Manager
Manager shall be the exclusive Manager of Hotel, and Manager shall provide
Owner with the services customarily provided for in such instances, including, but not limited to,
