 HoW IT WoRks:
 Eastern Regional Libraries invites you to submit an original main course recipe able to be prepared,
 cooked and served within 1 hour. A panel of three judges will select the top three recipes. The three
 finalists will then be required to assist a celebrity chef to prepare, cook and serve their dish at an
 event to be held at The Good Guys (Greg Rako), Bayswater on Saturday 26 June. An overall winner
 will be selected from the three finalists.

                                                  • The competition will commence on Monday 15 March 2010.
                                                  • Entries will close on Friday 28 May 2010.
                                                  • All entries must be accompanied by the official entry form. Entry forms may
                                                    be obtained from any branch of Eastern Regional Libraries or can be
                                                    downloaded from the ERL website www.erl.vic.gov.au.
                                                  • Each entry must be accompanied by a $5.00 entry fee.
                                                  • Entries must be clearly typed and submitted on an A4 sheet of paper.
                                                  • Entries should be marked “Let’s Cook” and may be delivered to any branch
                                                    of Eastern Regional Libraries or mailed to: Ms Janet Nolan,

                                                  RULES:
                                                  • Each recipe must be an original recipe, created by the entrant, and one that
                                                    has not previously been published nor won a prize or award.
                                                  • The competition is open to all Victorian residents. Finalists must be prepared to
                                                    meet the cost of travelling to Bayswater to The Good Guys Store, Canterbury
                                                    Road, Victoria for the cook-off on Saturday 26 June 2010.

                                                  • The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
                                                  • All entries submitted will be duly acknowledged and may be featured in a
                                                    publication following the closure of the competition.
                                                  • Eastern Regional Libraries reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
                                                    any entry which does not comply with Official Rules.
                                                  • Eastern Regional Libraries reserves the right to: (a) use entrant’s name and
                                                    likeness and publish all entries submitted, (b) alter, amend, edit or change
                                                    entries prior to publication and (c) use, publish, reproduce, alter, amend and
                                                    copyright for purposes of a publication without further compensation, unless
                                                    prohibited by law.
