BUMP-IN / REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

The production can bump-in and perform on the same day, subject to touring schedule.
The following is intended as a guide only and, in each instance, the production schedule
is negotiable depending on circumstances.

Time Activity Crew
9am – 1pm Load-in / set-up 1 x venue technician
                                                         2 x mechanist
2pm – 6pm Technical rehearsal 1 x venue technician
8pm Performance 1 x venue technician

Bump-out on completion of the season is approximately 2 hours.
As most of the lighting and sound effects are operated by the performers from stage, only
one operator is required.

Should the production be sharing the venue, a minimum set-up time of one hour is
required prior to the performance. 30 minutes are required to strike the production
following the performance. A clear stage is required and the production is not able to
perform ‘on top of’ another show.

Storage space of approximately 4m wide x 4m high x 2m deep with stair-free access is
required should the set need to be cleared from the stage after each performance.
