Tesco Fresh & Easy Markets 2006 – 2008



Led a team of Engineers that facilitated Tesco’s entrance into the US market
place. The account

maintained a profit margin above 25% and client satisfaction was proven with
repeat business

forecasted for 2009.



Saker ShopRite, Brick NJ 2007



Project Manager for a remodel and expansion of a 75,000 sqft high-end World
Class ShopRite

Supermarket. This facility was re-designed utilizing the latest innovative
techniques in

distributed refrigeration design and combination electrical/refrigeration
penthouses. These

design innovations have now grown to become client standards and have
dramatically reduced
operating costs.



Whole Foods, Tenleytown Washington DC 2007



Project Manager for a major remodel near Washington DC, this facility was
situated between two

floors of a parking garage and was completely rotated 90 degrees with-in the
existing space,

allowing for a new mezzanine and prep areas to be added. This remodel required
a larger

electrical service to back feed the existing service and an extreme amount of
phasing and

coordination. This project was completed while the store was in operation with no
loss of

revenue.



Account: A&P Food Emporium Bridgemarket NYC, 2006



Member of the project team tasked to revise and improve the engineering
documents for the

flagship Food Emporium at Bridgemarket. This grocery store was originally built
under the

historic 59th street bridge in 2000. We revisited the store in 2006; improvements
were made in

lighting, store layout and functionality.



FMI & FMI Energy Presentations 2000- 2008
Prepared power point presentations for trade shows, these presentations were
presented by

company Presidents and VP. Topics included the following: Innovation’s in
Supermarket design,

Lighting For Supermarkets, Energy Usage in Supermarkets, Designing for LEED,
Sky lighting

Use in Retail facilities.



White Papers and Technical Writing



Prepared White papers for clients illustrating new innovative processes designed
into their

facilities. These include, 480volt vs 208volt, Transient volt surge suppression
(TVSS), Copper

wire vs Aluminum wire, Whole store generator design, Power walls and
penthouses vs

convention electrical design, and Distributed refrigeration vs Conventional
refrigeration.



Office Standards



Created original office standard for AutoCAD, including custom menus, Marco
commands and

AutoLisp programming.



Created custom Excel panel schedules and have continually updated them
adding voltage drop

calculations and work sheet for NEC 220 Electrical service sizing.
