OBJECTIVE

construction or facilities department in the private or public sector, or with a commercial developer.
Licensed architect with a broad range of experience in the practice of architecture. Clients have
included Fortune 500 multi-nationals, developers and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Significant projects and accounts:
• 2007 - 2009. Quad 7 Corporate Jet Facility, Boeing Field, Seattle. PM for $40 million
private jet complex. Project featured an executive terminal, hangar storage for 25 jets including
local Fortune 500 flight operations plus extensive security. Project designed to LEED silver
standard. Employed design-build and extensive VE services to reduce development costs by
approximately $700,000. Brought project into MG2 in competition with other airport
designers.
My employer stated “Brett’s efforts on the Galvin project have served the firm well in diligently
managing our fees and profitability (project was 11% under budget) and developing two new
client relationships. On multiple occasions, both clients have expressed their satisfaction with the
quality of the service which has led to additional services.”
