Candidates Publicity Budget
This is the MAXIMUM amount of money that you are allowed to spend this year on publicity for
your campaign. No extra money i.e. your own or donations etc may be used and all expenditure
must be accounted for at the end of your campaign on a budget sheet which should be
handed into AUSA as soon as possible after the close of voting.

(Candidates must be graduating in 2010 or take a year out from studies to hold the following

(Candidates hold these positions in conjunction with studying for their degree. All candidates wishing

You may submit a passport sized photograph of yourself for use by AUSA in publicity including the
Manifesto booklet, relating to the Election. The photo must be submitted electronically preferably on a
CD with this Nomination Form.
Please ensure the photo is in one of the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, BMP, EPS, PDF

Manifestos
You may submit one manifesto.
This manifesto must be submitted in MS Word format on a CD with the name of the candidate and
position they are running for clearly marked on the front of the CD.

NO manifesto will be accepted on paper.

Full-Time Officer positions = max 1 side of A4 paper, portrait style
Part-Time Officer positions = max ½ side of A4 paper (A5 landscape style)
