Credit Report Disclosure, Authorization to Obtain Credit Information
A consumer credit report will be ordered by us to assist in making a determination of your credit worthiness, credit standing or credit capacity. You have the right to be informed of the contents of the report or to review the contents of the report with the consumer-reporting agency. We recommend that you obtain the name of the consumer-reporting agency we intend to use and discuss the contents of the report with that agency. To protect your interest, the consumer reporting agency must request proper identification from you prior to discussing the report with you. We will not discuss the contents of the report with you. I hereby grant permission to FREEDOM FIRST MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. and its successors and assigns to obtain any and all information the lender deems necessary in processing my mortgage loan application and for subsequent quality control re-verification. This information includes, but is not limited to, my past/present employment status, deposit accounts, past/present consumer credit records, and any mortgage/rent payment records. I also grant FREEDOM FIRST MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. and its successors and assign permission to use a copy of this form, which contains my authorization to obtain any information regarding the items mentioned above. I hereby acknowledge that I am fully aware that it is a federal crime punishable by fine and/or imprisonment to knowingly make any false statements concerning any of the information on my application for a mortgage loan, as applicable under the provisions of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1014.
In the event my/our employment or personal status changes during the processing of our loan application we agree to contact FREEDOM FIRST MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. immediately.
