All our hire equipment is also available for collection from our offices if required. Our large stocks of audio-visual equipment ensure we can supply your requirements at short notice. Our project managers take care of all the logistics, attending briefing and planning meetings, liaising with venues and speakers, specifying and overseeing equipment and crew, organizing and integrating other specialist services. TECHNICIANS Experienced and helpful Camera Operators, Audio Visual & IT Technicians can be booked to operate any of the equipment we supply, either on a full day or half-day rate. Delivery outside normal working hours, weekends & bank holidays, by quotation only. VAT All prices shown are in UK sterling and are subject to valued added tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate (at time of print 17.5%) as required by UK law. INSTALLATION Installation charges, whether weekday or weekend, are additional to the delivery and collection fee. The charge is dependant on the complexity of the installation and the time involved. METHOD OF PAYMENT For new clients, we accept all major credit & purchasing cards. Cleared cheques or cash. EQUIPMENT INSURANCE Quadrant provides equipment insurance charged at 12% of the gross hire rate. Clients are very welcome to provide their own insurance. A letter confirming cover will be required prior to commencement of the hire. All insurance claims are subject to an excess of £250.00.
