     SHARE Tips: Payroll for North America – Adding an Additional Direct
                                   Deposit

Deposit

Adding an additional direct deposit

1.  Key-enter emplid
2.  Add a row by clicking on the + sign under Deposit Information
3.  Effective date – Key enter the begin date of the pay period.
4.  If adding direct deposit information, click on the + sign under
    distribution information
5. Account type – Select (Checking) or (Savings)
6. Deposit type – Select (Balance)
7. %Netpay/$Amount – Click in the second box and type in the amount that
                            will be deposited to the employees checking or
                            savings account
8. Bank ID - Type in the bank id number
9. Account - Type in the employees account number
10. Priority – The priority numbers begin with 10.

NOTE: If you have more than one direct deposit, the deposit type balance should be
entered with the highest priority number.

For example: I have two direct deposit entries, one for savings and one for checking. I
want 200.00 to go to a savings account, the deposit type will be savings and the priority
will be 10. My second entry will be the remainder of the money going to a checking
account, which will be deposit type balance, the priority will be 20.

If I had three direct deposit entries, the direct deposit entry with deposit type of balance
will be 30.

11. Save

Deleting a direct deposit row

1.   Key-enter emplid
2.   Add a row by clicking on the + sign under Deposit Information
3.   Change the effective date to the date following the check date.
      Example: This employee wants no direct deposit for pay period beginning
         03/22/2008. The check date is 03/28/2008. So the effective date will be
         03/29/2008, this is the next date after 03/28/2008.
4.   If deleting direct deposit information, click on the + sign under
     distribution information
5.   Delete the direct deposit information you no longer want by clicking on
     the – sign.

6.   Renumber the priority box for the direct deposits that need to be
     renumbered. Example: When you clicked on view all to view all the
     direct deposit information, you originally had 3 direct deposits, so the
     priority box had 10, 20 & 30. Now you only have two direct deposits, so
     change the row that has priority 30 to 20.
7.   Save
