Trade Mission to Saudi Arabia & Qatar

1. Visa
Saudi Arabia: A Visa for Saudi Arabia MUST be organised in advance.
Enterprise Ireland will provide a visa invitation support letter to the trade mission participants.
The corresponding Saudi letter will be issued from the Council of Saudi Chambers in Riyadh
and sent to the Saudi Embassy in London. The Saudi Chamber needs your full passport
information so please email your passport information as soon as possible to Ikram in our
Riyadh office.Ikram will coordinate the letter of invitation from the Council of Saudi Chambers.

Your visa application for Saudi Arabia can be made through the Dublin Chamber of Commerce
who apply to the Saudi Arabian Embassy in London. You cannot apply to a Saudi Embassy in
any other location for this Trade Mission visa. The cut off date for visa invitation letters is 13th
March. Applications received later than the above mentioned date may not be entertained by
the Saudi Embassy.

NO visa is required by Irish passport holders for Qatar. A two to three months visit visa is
issued on arrival.

Qatar Entry Visa Requirements: The holders of the following passports can obtain a visa at Doha International Airport
on arrival, guest must have a valid credit card. The hotel can help to arrange a tourist visa in advance for some other
nationalities. A flat fee of QR200/- which is non refundable is required and will be charged to your credit card on receiving
of your applications. A Tourist Visa is subject to the Ministry of Interior’s approval and the hotel cannot be held
