Agreement with InStore Group to Provide
Logistics in Canada for ClearLite’s Lighting

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--Clear-Lite Holdings, Inc. (“ClearLite”) (OTCBB: CLRH),
a leading innovator of eco-friendly lighting and the appreciably safer ArmorLite™ CFL, today announced its wholly
owned subsidiary, TAG Industries, Inc., has signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar Logistics Agreement with
InStore Products Limited ("InStore") of Ontario. This agreement includes minimum performance and volume levels,
as well as the option of extending beyond the initial three years. InStore will provide order-fulfillment and logistics
services for ClearLite’s line of eco-friendly lighting products, including the new ArmorLite™: A Safer CFL™
product line, in Canada.
As ClearLite’s fulfillment and logistics services provider, InStore will help manage both domestic and direct import
programs for ClearLite branded products for both the retail and commercial industries, as well as oversee the Retail
Private Label Programs. InStore will utilize its national support team to help provide a more cost-effective sales and
logistics operation with distribution centers operating in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta and Montreal.
