competition at it’s National Specialty Show only. For permanent possession if won three

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Doug Johnson was a professional handler of all-breeds for over 20 years. His handling
successes include many Best In Shows and other prestigious wins ar the Westminster
Kennel Club and National Specialties. The Johnson family, consisting of Doug, his wife
Michaelanne and 5 children, have owned and run Woodmen Boarding and Grooming
kennels and Sunrise Boarding, Grooming and Training Center, the largest in Colorado
Springs, for more than 25 years. The training center offers conformation handling classes
as well as obedience, agility and behavioral training. Doug and Michaelanne breed Old
English Sheepdogs under the Bugaboo prefix, and Bouvier des Flanders under the
Rocheuses prefix. They were awarded the 2006 AKC Breeder of the Year Award from
the Herding Group for their Old English Sheepdogs.
