Seller certifies that to the best of Seller's knowledge, the odometer reading reflects the actual mileage of the Vehicle. The Vehicle's odometer was not altered, set back, or disconnected while in Seller's possession, and Seller has no knowledge of anyone else doing so. Buyer acknowledges having received the above odometer statements.
Signature: Susan McMillan. Seller warrants and represents that Seller has good title to the Vehicle, has full authority to sell and transfer same, and that the Vehicle being sold is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, liabilities and adverse claims of every nature and description. Seller will defend, indemnify and save harmless Buyer and Buyer's lawful successors and assigns from any and all adverse claims made by any party against or to the Vehicle in violation of the warranty of title made in this paragraph. Seller has no knowledge of any hidden defects in and to the Vehicle, and believes to the best of Seller's knowledge that the Vehicle being sold is in good operating condition. Seller warrants the Vehicle for a period of 90 days following the transfer thereof against defects, except for defects resulting from ordinary wear and tear and/or caused by the intentional or negligent acts of Buyer. If any legal action is commenced to enforce or interpret the terms of this Bill of Sale, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs in addition to any other relief to which the prevailing party maybe entitled.
