Grantor GRANTOR'S NAME, as Personal Representative of the Estate of DECEDENT'S NAME, Deceased, King County, Washington, Superior Court Case No. 04-4-12345-6 SEA, as Seller, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($ 10), assigns, sells, and transfers to GRANTEE'S NAME, as Buyer, all interest in the following described personal property located in King County, Washington: List of specifically described and identified personal property Grantor him/herself and for Grantor’s successors in interest: Warrants that he/she is the lawful owner of all of the foregoing property, and that it is free and clear of all charges, claims, demands, encumbrances, liens, and security agreements of any kind whatsoever; and Will forever warrant and defend the title to the personal property described in this Assignment to Buyer and Buyer’s successors in interest as against every person lawfully claiming any or all of the property. THE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS-IS & WHERE-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OTHER THAN AS TO TITLE.
