             (Time limit of 6 minutes – Must have 5 or more
             participants – Perform in the order listed below.)

There will be a preliminary competition for the group talents on Thursday
morning from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM. They will perform in the order in
which they are listed below. The top five groups from this competition will
be announced immediately following the last performance. These top five
groups will perform again in the finals at the First General Session on
Thursday at 1:00 PM.

There will be a preliminary competition for the special talents on Thursday
afternoon from 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM. They will perform in the order in
which they are listed below. The top eight specials from this competition
will be announced during the Second General Session. These top eight
specials will perform again in the finals at the Third General Session on
Friday at 10:00 AM.

• There will be no eating or drinking during the General Sessions.
• No hats or caps allowed.
• Please bring two number 2 pencils to all written competitions,
  including Quiz Bowl. Must have pencils to participate.
• If you find an item that you believe has been lost, please bring it to
  the Stage Area.
• Please be courteous and respectful to those individuals or groups who
  are speaking or performing on stage.
• Sponsors may pick up Certificates and Judging sheets at the close of
  the Third General Session.


                  NOTICE FOR ALL SPONSORS

National Competition Entries are now online!! If your club has a
state winner eligible for National Competition, the Sponsors must
complete the entry form online at www.sponsors.betaclub.org by
the deadline date of May 3, 2010. Only the candidate entry form
must be submitted online, printed, signed with required
signatures and mailed to the National Office by the deadline
postmark date of May 3, 2010.
