New Customer: 1. New customer will approach CSR(BSNL Outlet)/Franchisee and submit an application for a mobile connection and also submit a request for Blackberry on a plain white paper. All the formalities for a new connection are to be completed. 2. The CSR/Franchisee will issue a demand note for the price of the handset. 3.
