Contract with Computer Systems Consultant
Agreement made on the (date), between (Name of Computer Consultant), a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the state of ______________, with its principal office
located at (street address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Consultant, and
(Name of Client), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of
______________, with its principal office located at (street address, city, county, state, zip
code), referred to herein as Client.
1. Services to be Performed: Consultant agrees to perform the following services on
Client's behalf:
A. Maintain and repair existing workstations and servers;
B. Upgrade workstations and servers purchased by Client as approved by Client;
C. Move, setup and maintain printers purchased by Client as approved by Client;
D. Research and recommend hardware and software to be purchased by Client;
E. Install and configure software purchased by Client;
F. Uninstall and remove software as directed by Client;
G. Install and maintain Virus Protection software;
H. Install and maintain the server backup system;
I. Insure that proper firewalls and routers are in place;
J. Insure that the server is in a secure environment;
K. Periodically run software to check for security holes in firewall and network
