Qualified Engineer with over 30 years experience in recruitment and
significant exposure in the UAE. He has worked as a contracted engineer and
as a client consultant so fully understands the needs of both the candidate and
the employer and has used this experience to show staff the best practices
and how they should be applied for the benefit of both parties.



Theresa Cross – International Recruitment Manager
15 years technical recruitment experience, 10 of those years based in Dubai
as a Branch manager for a well established engineering recruitment business.
Due to the nature of her work, Mrs Cross holds residencies in Scandinavia, the
UK and Asia which allows her to coordinate recruitment internationally.

               Ian Davies – Technical Engineering Consultant
Customer focussed consultant with 12 years experience in recruitment .
Knowledge of the local (UAE) market . Mr Davies joined Arrowflex after successfully establishing
himself on the market as a self employed consultant within the UK market. Arrowflex has given him
the opportunity to provide his experience to clients internationally.

           Adam McCallum – Technical Engineering Resourcer
5 years recruitment experience resourcing for existing and potential clients in the Oil and Gas
sector. This involves extensive candidate contact, understanding and matching job specifications as
well as working to tight deadlines.

              Grethe Ramsdal – Norwegian Office Contact
Grethe has worked with Arrowflex’s Norwegian office almost from it being established. She handles
all documentation that encompasses the employment of overseas engineers in Norway.
