Long-Time Advisor to Skoll Organizations Joins New Operating Company

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Jeff Skoll Group announced today that Noah
Manduke has joined the company as its Chief Strategy Officer.
The Jeff Skoll Group is a newly created operating company overseeing and supporting Jeff Skoll’s portfolio of
philanthropic and commercial enterprises, including Participant Media, TakePart.com, the Skoll Foundation, the
Skoll World Forum, the Skoll Global Threats Fund, and Capricorn Investment Group. Noah Manduke will work
alongside Jeff Skoll and the leadership of his organizations to continually sharpen strategic planning and facilitate
collaborative impact within the Group. Manduke will also be a principal spokesperson for Jeff Skoll, triaging
opportunities for Skoll’s personal engagement and working with key strategic partners to advance the aims of the
Jeff Skoll Group.

Jeff Skoll is a philanthropist and entrepreneur. As founder and chairman of the Skoll Foundation, Participant Media
and the Skoll Global Threats Fund, he is bringing life to his vision of a sustainable, peaceful and prosperous world.
Jeff was the first full-time employee and first President of eBay, developing the company's inaugural business plan
and leading its successful initial public offering. He also pioneered creation of the eBay Foundation through the
allocation of pre-IPO shares.

President and Chief Operating Officer of leading branding firm, Siegel+Gale. Before joining Siegel & Gale, Noah
spent 13 years at ad agency, Ogilvy & Mather, where he was a Senior Partner. Noah is currently Vice Chairman of
the Board of Directors of the UCLA Alumni Association.
