Horse Riding is a risky and dangerous activity and you are responsible for your own safety.
You ride at your own risk and at your own expense.

The client must understand that anyone riding, or coming near a horse, can suffer bodily, or other
injuries. Horses are unpredictable by nature. You must maintain a safe distance between horses
when riding. You may be accompanied by an escort or guide, but this cannot guarantee your safety.
If the client has to cancel or curtail his/her, riding holiday, or part thereof, due to an injury, illness,
lack of fitness, or lack of riding ability, no money will be refunded by the management.

If the management deems it necessary to cancel or curtail the clients holiday, or part thereof, due to
the client having an injury, or illness, lack of fitness, or lack of riding ability, no money will be
refunded.

Have you ever made an insurance claim, or started a legal action against a horse riding
stables or riding establishment? YES / NO

Do you have a medical condition, or an allergy? If so please state what it is. –

I accept that it is my responsibility to provide my own Personal Accident Insurance. If you do
not have your own Personal Accident Insurance then you ride at your own risk and expense.
