Upon receipt of your new RFCU credit card, contact an RFCU representative at (256) 722-4857 or (800) 234-1234 Ext. 4857 to process a balance transfer. To
help us process your balance transfer request quickly, please follow these guidelines: 1) Give us the most important transfer first; and 2) for card/loan issuer,
give us the financial institution (e.g. AA Visa, or XYZ Express). Please have the following information available to assist us in processing your balance transfer:
1) Account Number, 2) Card / Loan Issuer, 3) Payment Address, 4) Specific Amount to Pay. Please continue to make your payments on these accounts until you
are notified that the transfer of the balance(s) requested is complete. RFCU will not close your other accounts. If you want to close an account, you must contact
the other creditor directly. There is no fee for this service.
                                                                        Lost Or Stolen Card?
If your RFCU credit card has been lost or stolen, it is critical that the card is blocked immediately. Please call 1-800-234-1234 (toll free non-local) or 256-837-
6110 (locally) to report the card lost or stolen. You will be connected with staff that can take your information and block the card.
                                                                        Payment Information
To make a payment on your RFCU credit card visit any RFCU branch location or simply mail in the billing portion of your credit card statement along with a
check or money order to: Redstone Federal Credit Union, 220 Wynn Drive, Huntsville, AL 35893. Please include posting instructions and be sure to include the
credit card number on your check. Also, you may conveniently transfer payments through WorldWide Branch Online (WWBO) or Call-24. A PIN is required for
these services.
                                                                    Online Cardholder Services

Visit www.redfcu.org and click on Credit Cards to register for instant access to your RFCU credit card information. You can use this service to review your
account set-up as well as cardholder names (includes borrower and co-borrower names only), billing address, credit limit, card expiration date, e-mail address
and cycle date. The service also allows you to review both current and past transaction information (statement information for prior 6 months). Transactions post
nightly to the credit card account. These transactions can be downloaded to both Quicken and Microsoft Money. Online Cardholder Services does not replace
your monthly statement.
