SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Oct. 11, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced that Kiss
Kiss, Sugar Land’s original denim headquarters, recently relocated its Sugar Land area boutique to Town
Square. Previously an innovative ladies’ boutique, Kiss Kiss has expanded its new location to include clothing
and accessories for men, as well as women.
       Located at 15989 City Walk, Kiss Kiss occupies 2,163 square feet of retail space and is located beside
Johnny Rockets.
       “We are excited to welcome Kiss Kiss to our growing list of retailers,” said Bruce Frankel, director of
retail leasing for PCD. “The new boutique offers Town Square visitors even more shopping options just in time
for the holiday season.”
       Additional retail tenants of Sugar Land Town Square include A Dog’s Life, An Albert Luiz Salon &
Spa, Ann Taylor Loft, Amici, Anna Belle's, Baker St. Pub & Grill, Bath Junkie, Ben & Jerry's,
Bombay/BombayKIDS, Cafe Express, Chipotle, Elizabeth's Boutique, Fish City Grill, Houstonian Lite, J.
Hampton, Jamba Juice, Japaneiro's Sushi Bistro and Latin Grill, JoS. A. Bank, Johnny Rockets, JoAnn’s,
Learning Express, New Balance, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Starbucks,
