Points and Certificates accrued by Mutual Fund and Senior HHonors® members may be used by either spouse listed on the account. 9. Hilton HHonors Worldwide, LLC, is not responsible for changes or discontinuances of Partner services, which may affect Program Rewards, accrual of points or devaluation of Certificates. 10. HHonors points and Rewards may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure to taxing authorities, connected with the receipt or use of points or Rewards is the responsibility of the member. 11. Points awarded for stays at participating hotels outside the US will be based on local currency (excl. VAT) converted to U.S. dollars at a rate of exchange to be determined by Hilton HHonors. Charges in connection with banquets or other catering functions are not eligible for point accrual. Members cannot accrue more than 100,000 Base points during one stay. 5. Base points are defined as the 10 points per dollar earned for eligible hotel charges, exclusive of any promotional or other type of bonus points offer. Members will earn 10 HHonors Base points for every eligible U.S. dollar (or other currency equivalent) charged to an individual member’s hotel bill (“folio”) for qualifying stays at participating Hilton, Conrad, Coral by Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Accrual of Points 15  Hilton Grand Vacations Club® at SeaWorld International Center — Orlando, Florida Garden Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations Club hotels.
