The Workshop Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida, was called to order by Mayor Alex G. Fekete at 4:01 p.m., Tuesday, November 23, 1999, in the City Commission Chambers, Pembroke Pines Municipal Center, 10100

Presentation Development proposals for the Weiss Property by the Codina Group Inc., Stiles Corporation and the Haskell Company. Mayor Fekete explained that the City Administration will present for consideration a proposal to purchase and develop two (2) pieces of property east and west of I-75 just south of Pines Boulevard. The City desires to a formation of a partnership with a

The Special Session of the City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida, was called to order by Mayor Alex G. Fekete at 6:15 p.m., Tuesday, November 23, 1999, in the City Commission Chambers, Pembroke Pines Municipal Center, 10100
Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, Florida, Present to-wit: Mayor Fekete, Vice Mayor Armstrong, Commissioners Fiorendino, Katz,
and Ortis, City Manager Dodge, City Attorney Goren, and Deputy City Clerk DiLiello. Deputy City Clerk DiLiello declared a quorum present. Commissioner Katz moved to select one of the three firms that gave presentations, to represent the City and do a
