					Home Delivery, Refund & Warranty Information -- Thank You For Choosing Fortunoff!
HOME DELIVERY POLICIES
As part of our commitment to provide excellent product and service, we make sure that product you have purchased meets your expectations. As a
valued Fortunoff customer we want you to know our dedication to quality and service remains the foundation of our business. We request that upon
delivery you carefully examine each piece of your purchase. In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged,
or incomplete condition please contact Customer Service at 1-866-759-9100, while the drivers are still in your home, so that we may address your
concerns. In addition we offer a 3 day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery. Unless a defect is immediately noted on the manifest, or
verbally expressed by a customer within this 3 day Satisfaction Guarantee period, Fortunoff will assume that the merchandise delivered is defect free.
Upon acceptance of a delivery and the expiration of the 3 day Satisfaction Guarantee, Fortunoff will offer service only, for repair, under the terms
and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year. See below for Warranty Policies.
    Custom ordered merchandise cannot be returned, nor cancelled after 3 days from the original date of purchase. Fortunoff will only service or
     exchange custom ordered product that is not up to manufacturer’s standards. If replacement product needs to be ordered Fortunoff will allow
     you to use product initially delivered until replacement is available.
    There are no returns on product sold “AS IS”, “FINAL SALE”, in store “CLEARANCE”, or products purchased at our Clearance Center.
    When a delivery date is selected the customer should anticipate being flexible for the entire day. We route all deliveries for the date and
     delivery destination in advance. A four hour courtesy timeframe will be given to the customer via an automated call. Timeframes are
     approximate and are subject to weather conditions and traffic patterns. There is a $50.00 rescheduling fee if you are Not At Home at time of
     delivery, or if you cancel delivery within 2 days of your scheduled delivery date. Fortunoff does not allow customers to request specific
     delivery times when purchasing any Home Delivery product. In the event of a “NO FIT”, product that cannot be maneuvered throughout your
     home, Fortunoff will issue a refund less the delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee. Fortunoff offers a “MEASUREMENT BEFORE
     DELIVERY” service for an additional fee.
    Fortunoff does not accept any responsibility if you have removed any pre-existing furniture prior to a completed successful delivery.
    Our drivers will be happy to place your new furniture where you want it and remove all empty cartons and wrappings from your home. Please
     have your room ready for them.
          o Drivers are not permitted to move your pre-existing furniture: within a room; from room to room, or floor to floor.
          o Drivers do not do any plumbing, or electrical work that may be associated with your purchase. Drivers do not affix products to walls.
    For “Out of State” or “Vendor Direct” deliveries all claims must be made immediately. Damaged product must be refused. No exceptions.
    Fortunoff offers a “3-DAY PICK UP & REFUND POLICY” if you decide that you do not want any regularly stocked item that has been
     delivered. We will issue a refund minus the original delivery charge, a 10% restocking fee, and delivery fees to retrieve product.

For all in store customer pick ups, or U.P.S. shipped purchases we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days if product is
returned in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by a gift slip, sales receipt, or customer’s return label. A merchandise credit will
be issued for any bridal purchase that is returned after 30 days of purchase, up to 90 days after the wedding date on file with our Registry. Visit
